WHO WE ARE & WHAT WE DO

What is Lean Impakt?

A professional service to help innovative and impact-driven enterprise materialize world-changing ideas.

Core values

Here are our fundamental beliefs.

  • Diversity

We don't just support diversity; we thrive on it. We foster a diverse and inclusive community, and support people with big ideas of any kind.

  • Impakt

Our programs are led by people who’ve been there before and authentically believe in making the world a better place.

  • Fun

We believe humor and fun impact the way we interact with clients. We immerse ourselves in our work and might have more fun with it than is socially acceptable.

  • Curiosity

We are never satisfied with the simple answer; our unending desire to learn and improve motivates us to innovate.

  • Integrity

What do you do when no one else is looking? Our teams act with integrity and honesty, and focus on putting ourselves in the shoes of others.

  • Results

We work with exceptional people who do exceptional things. We set a high personal bar; we believe nothing is impossible and commit ourselves fully to the goal.

Why do we exist?

We exist to train, coach and support impact driven leaders. We offer resources, workshops and online and in-person support to leaders so they can reach the next level of thinking and growth.

How we do it

We use human-centered innovation practices to help entrepreneurs and small businesses address various aspects of their business start-up, growth and recovery.

What is Human-Centered Design

Human-centered design, aka Design Thinking, is a creative approach to problem solving focused on creating a solution/experience that addresses the core needs of those who experience a problem. Learn more at IDEO.org.
